MonicaB, began her music career in 1994 in Dallas, Texas
as lead singer for the band Gbop Jazz and trained under
the legendary Motown producer and recording artist Willie
Hutch. Her background vocals are featured on major movie
sound tracks scored by Willie Hutch.

MonicaB has opened for headline acts such as Harry Connick
Jr. and R&B Grammy recording artists Mint Condition. She has
performed for benefit concerts sponsored by American Airlines,
Coca cola, AT&T, and the Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation, a
foundation that is very close to her heart.

Monica has performed at the hottest night clubs in San Diego and these days can be heard singing in La Paz, Baja, Mexico. Monica’s versatile sound appeals to a wide range of audiences from old jazz,
R&B, Country and Contemporary music.
